Burning Instructions
- Trim the wick before each burn to prevent black soot and allow a clean burn
- Allow ample time for wax to melt to edges of vessel to prevent tunneling
- Burn for only 3-4 hours at a time
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Discontinue burning the candle when 1/4 inch of wax is all that remains in the jar.

My mum loved this as her birthday pressent. I will use this gift pack again.
I ordered a product on 6 June, and on 2 July I got a notification it was out for delivery. In the intervening weeks I couldn’t get assistance from milkwick to have the product delivered, or refunded, it was up to me to find out where it was. I then had the choice to hand deliver it myself from the post office, send it back myself, or wait for auspost to return it at some undefined point in the future.
Horrible customer service, still have no idea where the parcel actually is.

Although I chose Australia post standard it took the vendor 4 days to despatch it. Not good enough for a bereavement gift. Would not recommend.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed.
Our dispatch timeframe is 1-2 business days. You placed the order on a Friday afternoon and it was shipped on the Tuesday. Unfortunately our warehouse (like most) isn't open on weekends and Australia Post also do not collect parcels from businesses on weekends.
