- Trim the wick before each burn to prevent black soot and allow a clean burn
- Allow ample time for wax to melt to edges of vessel to prevent tunneling
- Burn for only 3-4 hours at a time
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Discontinue burning the candle when 1/4 inch of wax is all that remains in the jar.

Kim I love the Milkwick candles. They burn beautifully and smell divine!!! Picking a favourite is hard but Saturday Afternoon would be it. I know have it in the reed diffuser on my desk at work and the room spray in my car as well as as a candle.
